If you need to ask what the webbing is for, you need to take a basic rock
climbing/mountaineering class before you attempt hikes of this difficulty.

I've used the Black and Silver Bridges to cross the river, is there a
plan in the future for another bridge some where else in the canyon
on the more remote...
