Permit Changes
Has anyone ever had luck changing the dates on a backcountry permit
over the phone? I obtained an October permit this morning in person
for Deer Creek, but...

Well, I saw some more bares in the canyon. I was at the Boucher Rapids
and saw some female flesh. There must have been 20-30 of them all
female all running...
