OT - Walking the West video
These guys walked from Mexico to Canada along the PCT. The movie is

taste is not bad

I just hiked 30 miles on the Appalachian Trail a couple of weeks ago and used Nuun. It's supposed to be one tablet per 16 oz's, I dropped three into my 100...
