My wife and I are planning a 4 day hike starting at Hermits Rest,
down Hermit trail to the rapids to camp 1, west on the Tonto to
Boucher Cr to camp 2, back...

I personally like powdered Gatorade. It's alwayw worked well for me
and you can get it in your favorite flavor, so it tastes...
