Has anyone out there hiked Matkatamiba Canyon? My understanding is that it is just east of Havasu Canyon? Can you follow it to the river? Are there water...

Does any one know how high in Altitude the Canyon is from sea level on the South Rim and the North Rim and at the River, maybe this has some thing to do...
